WHO CAN APPLY FOR GRADUATE PROGRAMS?

• Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree from a university that is recognized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK)
• Turkish citizens who have completed their undergraduate education in a different country are also considered international students. 
• Depending on the program applied for, Turkish applicants who have graduated from undergraduate programs in foreign countries may be required to submit the equivalence certificate obtained from the Council of Higher Education for the application. Submission of the diploma equivalence certificate is mandatory for registration.
• Citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (except those who completed their entire education at educational institutions in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and hold a GCE AL result) are not considered international students.
