2026-2027 Applications for International Students for Graduate Programs-Spring Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year 


Applications for admission to graduate programs for international students for the Spring Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year are now open.

  • Applicants may apply to up to three different programs. 
  • All documents submitted for the application must be in Turkish or English.
  • Diplomas and transcripts issued in languages other than Turkish or English must be uploaded to the application system together with a notarized Turkish or English translation.
  • Documents prepared in languages other than Turkish or English, without a notarized translation into Turkish or English, will be deemed invalid.

Note: Incomplete or inaccurate applications, as well as applications that do not meet the specified admission requirements, will not be evaluated. Meeting the admission requirement does not guarantee admission to the program.

Admission Requirements for Graduate Programs

  • Applicants to graduate programs must meet the minimum GPA requirement. For master’s programs, applicants must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or an equivalent score on a 100-point scale. For PhD programs, applicants must have a minimum graduate GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or an equivalent score on a 100-point scale.
  • International applicants who have completed their undergraduate education abroad must demonstrate C1-level proficiency in Turkish to apply to Turkish-taught programs.
  • Applicants to English-taught programs must provide proof of English language proficiency. Applicants must have a minimum score of 80 on the YDS, e-YDS, or YÖKDİL examinations administered by ÖSYM, or an equivalent score on a national or international foreign language examination recognized as equivalent by the Interuniversity Board. IELTS and Duolingo scores are not accepted.
  • Applicants who do not meet the required English language proficiency level at the time of application are required to attend an English preparatory program if admitted to the relevant program. To be eligible to enroll in the preparatory program, applicants must have obtained a minimum score of 65 on the YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL, or an equivalent examination.
