Registration

The Registrar’s Office conducts registrations on the dates specified in the academic calendar, following the evaluation results of the ASBU International Student Admission Commission.

Documents Required for Final Registration:

1. Letter of Acceptance

2. Original high school diploma and transcript, along with a Turkish-language copy certified by the Turkish Embassy/Consulate or a notary public

3. MEB Equivalency Certificate

4. Original passport or official ID card, or a Turkish-language copy of them certified by a Turkish Embassy/Consulate or a notary

5. Language proficiency certificate (if applicable) to be submitted to the School of Foreign Languages (for programs where the language of instruction is a foreign language)

6. Turkish language proficiency certificate (if applicable) to be submitted to TÖMER (for programs conducted in Turkish)

7. A valid residence permit or a certified copy of the residence certificate obtained from Turkish Embassies/Consulates, or a Turkish-language copy certified by a Turkish Embassy or Consulate for citizens of countries exempt from visa requirements under agreements to which the Republic of Turkey is a party or by decision of the Council of Ministers

8. A bank statement confirming that the first instalment of the tuition fee has been paid, or a scholarship letter

9. Four biometric photographs

10. An official document certifying the military status of male Turkish citizens

11. The original GCE AL result for candidates of Northern Cyprus citizenship who completed their entire secondary education at high schools in Northern Cyprus.
