Final Registration

After the ASBU Commission evaluates International Students’ Admission, the final registration period will commence. Students will be registered on the dates outlined in the Admission Calendar, which can be accessed here.

Required Documents for Registration

• High School Diploma, Transcript, and Certificate of Equivalency (validated by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate).
• Certificate of English Language Proficiency.
• Certificate of Turkish Proficiency (required for programs conducted in Turkish).
• A certified student visa obtained from Foreign Representative Offices, or a certified Turkish version issued by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate.
• Passport or identity card, validated by an official authority or a certified Turkish version from the Turkish Embassy or Consulate.
• Receipt confirming payment of fees.
• Four biometric photographs.
• A certified document or proof of income is required to demonstrate that applicants have sufficient financial means to support their studies at the University. International students wishing to continue their higher education at ASBU must provide certification, through administrative units or their consulates in Türkiye, confirming that they have adequate financial resources to cover their educational expenses.
• Turkish ID number or a photocopy of the ID card (for Turkish citizens).
• A certified document confirming military service for male candidates (for Turkish citizens).
• The original result document of the GCE AL Exam (for applicants from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus who completed their secondary education in high schools in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus).
• Residence Permit (After registration, eligible international students can apply to the Security Directorate for a residence permit and must submit the document confirming their residence permit).
