FINAL REGISTRATION

Students are registered on the dates prescribed by the Registrar’s Office as a result of the assessments by the ASBU Commission of International Students Admission.

Vacancies for students are announced on the web site by the ASBU Registrar’s Office. Replacement students are also registered by the ASBU Registrar’s Office. Registration documents are as follows:

Documents required for registration:

• High school certificate and the original of its transcript and the diploma recognition certificate (copy approved by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate)
• If any, Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate
• If any, Turkish Proficiency Certificate,
• Certified student visa taken from Foreign Representative Offices or certified Turkish version by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate,
• Passport or identity card certified by official authority or Turkish Embassy or Consulate certified Turkish version,
• Bank receipt for paid fee,
• Biometric photo (4x)
• A certified document or recognizance proving the applicants have an income above the level to maintain their study at the University (International students to continue their higher education in our university have to certify through administrative units or their Consulates in Turkey that their financial situation is appropriate for their study),
• Applicants who are Turkish citizens should declare their TR ID number or the photocopy of their ID card,
• A document certified by the official authority for male candidates who are Turkish citizens in relation to their military service,
• Original document for GCE AL Exam result by Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus applicants who have completed their secondary education in high schools in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus,
• A document for permit of residence ( After the registration, international students who are entitled to apply to the Security Directorate and get a permit of residence are to submit a document for permit of residence),
